Attractions Our site encompasses a large section of things to do. The Gatlinburg attractions section includes arcades, theaters, shopping, malls, the arts and crafts community, horseback riding, whitewater rafting, auto tours, music and entertainment, golf and mini golf. Whew! Were that not enough tourist activities, Gatlinburg is located right next to the Sugarlands entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The park is a lovely place to spend a vacation with all it's old growth forests, hiking trails, boulder strewn streams, waterfalls, wildflowers, bears and other wildlife. In addition, the National Park Service has also created outdoor museums throughout the park, such as those found in Cades Cove.
